We take great care in preparing every MINK LONDON order to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Times

• In-stock items: Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.

• Pre-order items: Please allow up to 12 business days for processing before dispatch.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK Orders: 1–3 business days after dispatch

• International Orders: 5–10 business days (location dependent)

Note: During peak periods or promotional launches, dispatch times may be slightly extended. Your patience is appreciated — luxury takes time.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@minkonline.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
